Building a maintenance program:

• 5-10 year maintenance programs for stores and restaurants.

• Seal coat lots every 4 years with 2 coats seal coat using 6 lb sand load for extra wear and traction and latex for durability and black color.

• Restripe every 4 years with 2 coats star seal product traffic paint with interstate glass beads for nite reflection. 

• Each maintenance program will be custom fit for each location with national pricing.
